Hello,

What a busy period of time.  At long last my latest album has been completed and I am happy to say is now live on iTunes and Amazon MP3.  It has been quite a challenge from the very start, with computer hitches and re recording the audio.  I have finally managed to get the audio sorted and the tracks converted to MP3.  I had initial difficulties connecting both a digital piano and a keyboard to a PC and ended up buying a new USB mixing device.  So, there are thirteen original improvisations and compositions which I have worked hard at.  Now the long process of promoting begins.

I have created the above press release and am happy to say that the online distribution company (Ditto Music) are registering the release for the UK/USA and Canadian charts - well they have agreed to after several hiccups during the time I spend getting the album uploaded.  So, we will wait and see.

Stormin Productions is now happily up and running and after much soul searching I have decided to promote this album and one album of cover tunes.  This is largely due to the cost of the mechanical licenses and viability of have five albums live isn't cost effective any more.

I am at some point hoping to have a resource section for other musicians on my web site, it is very much WIP at the moment.

Its been quite some time since my last posting.   I have been busy doing recording work for my next album.  This has seen me doing things with technology that I haven't done before.  This has been quite exciting and also a little worrying.  The album is also unique as it is my first without any cover songs.  The recordings are all my own compositions or improvisations.

As the snow falls, I thought this is a good chance for people to hear one new improvisation called Sky Red, which I have dedicated to the RAF Red Arrows display team http://youtu.be/sWH-qfMI4SU

Granted the video footage isn't the best as we were taken by surprise and I had to film from my study window.  Am hoping for better chances this summer to film them.

I am very pleased with reverbnation as we have pulled in 102 fans which is good news indeed.
